For me, it's a good app with a lot of promos and everything, but it buffers too slow, and it consumes data to load the promos in the shop so because of that it consumes my regular load because I wanted to register to a promo using it so that I can get points so please guys fix that thanks

Worst part about globe....besides their apps, internet and cell service....is the lack of customer service....apparently no one their cares. The bot Gie takes you circles. Asks the same questions over and over, you answer g asks again. No one to help....all sleeping.... the customer service IS NO HELP TO CUSTOMERS. No way to check promo status....or why your account was deducted. Or why you did not get the promo you paid for. Doing another band of circles.... still no help.
