It's getting worst just can't load in happened many times asking for phone number and will send tac number by SMS but never receive any message at all trying for hours really disappointed and just imagine when we wanted to top up or buy new pass and what's the use when can't load in. IDK about others, but I already observe this for 3 months using different internet passes. 7 days before internet expired, automatically Hotlink send u message u already reach data limit. First month I thought I overuse it, but I bought more expensive internet passes next month and cut tube or other internet activities using data, and I still receive the same message 7 days before internet expired! Hotlink scam user or what?

Why maxis always problem 11pm -and up to another am??now have a problem at 9pm up and very upset Every time when RAINING day and after RAINING the line is very problem, very upset now to use maxis...I think that why another maxis user change their line network to another network. I have put my phone number but while waiting for the tac to arrive it has been three hours I dialed *100# but the number I dialed could not be received I am very sorry how do I want to pay my top-up sauce and how do I want to top up my internet if not got that tac and couldn't dial *100#. Maxis= dislike maxis= so bad maxis= fake ads what we see.
