Great app. No lag. Easy to use EXCEPT ONE thing. When can we have direct renew for internet plan? Come on its 2026, why we still need to top up manually twice Rm30 + Rm5 just to renew the internet. Please consider adding the feature where we can buy internet directly to pay with online banking and all.

I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding severe network instability at my location. My Maxis connection is frequently unstable, with ping/latency reaching approximately 400ms, causing severe lag and making real-time services such as online gaming, video calls and other applications extremely difficult to use. This is not an isolated speed issue. The connection experiences high latency and unstable network performance, despite having an active Maxis service.

The data connection is extremely slow despite the overpriced plans. There are way too many restrictions and speed limits, making the service frustrating and not worth the money. For what I’m paying, I expect a stable and reasonably fast connection, not data that becomes painfully slow. I honestly would not recommend Hotlink. Don’t waste your money on a service that gives you poor value!🚮
