Terrible app, tried to buy a data roaming plan, but it kept giving an error message saying my credit was insufficient when it was more than enough even after accounting for service tax. Tried to contact customer support, but they didn't pick up even after multiple calls. Then the app deducted my credit for the calls that nobody picked up anyway, even though the customer careline is supposed to be "FOC". Just use another service provided, it's not worth it.

Bad experience, automatic barred sim, just top up rm 40 after 1 day sim barred, when contact customer service they advise to visit hotlink center, a lot of my friends also happening same case,

App sucks, verification process keeps failing for no reason. I tried 9 times only then it allows me to verify. I was in a rush, so this really frustrated me. Then the line, it's Soo damn inconsistent, one minute I'm having smooth internet, next minute my computer says that there's no internet connection. I regret buying the data plan and hope ot switch ASAP.

Hotlink & Maxis are terrible service providers. They have been secretly charging me extra, on things I have never requested for. I changed my Maxis bill to a hotlink 45 due to a promotion for a few months. The promotion only lasted one month, and they started charging me things like "NSAFEDevice" which I never applied for. I cancelled it online, but it's still being charged. What a lousy service. Don't use Maxis/Hotlink
