I went to Maxis on 13 Jun 2026 to terminate my account, even my router already returned to Maxis, my account still continue, that's almost 1 month! Means the service continue without my consent, and I'm not even using it. And Digi WhatsApp me saying that y'all rejected my fiber transfer as I still have a contract with Maxis and still have additional charges. The hotline is a joke where I can't get to live agent at all.

■Cont'd~ 20-Jun: Error NOT fix!! Gosh~ 18 days still not fix, simple Wi-Fi Schedule rules, be it fix temporarily or permanently. 》》 Maxis has ¹¹¹no Management managing the App Support? Or ²²²App has too many issue to fix, therefore no time can fix? ³³³Maxis on purpose don't fix by specific reason? 》》 ●●Impression is No SLA for error (low/medium/high) encountered ? Can believe No standard SOP of Maxis●● #Remarks: The similar issue happened numerous times in the last 3 years (2024 & 2025 & 2026).

Chatbot is limited, hard to find a way to contact a human agent. Once you get an agent, it takes 30 minutes just to get a query answered. Internet connection is really unstable these days without notice.

Stop change the line can you stop change it I hated I don't want to use this data any more you guys not fix the data and your home Wi-Fi, so garbage is only 52mb I in Malaysia and this app in Malaysia why so garbage
