Maxis has seriously become one of the worst telecommunication providers in Malaysia. Terrible coverage, unstable internet connection, constant line interruptions and the network becomes almost unusable at crucial times.

Been their customer for many years, but the service needs to improve. If the customer want to terminate either Wi-Fi or postpaid took 5-7 working days which they could terminate it immediately. It will cause customer paying unnecessary bill while waiting for the termination.

Purchased an Honor 400 from the online store. The unit came with a "FREE" gift but the "so-called" gift was not functioning. Tried to make claim but seems like both MAXIS & HONOR just pushed away the responsibility. Claiming that "GIFT NO WARRANTY". Seems like the "GIFT" are meant for disposal and to make the online shopping more attractive, they just bundled in. End of the day, this item has become an e-waste for the customer to handle.

Stop change the line can you stop change it I hated I don't want to use this data any more you guys not fix the data and your home Wi-Fi, so garbage is only 52mb I in Malaysia and this app in Malaysia why so garbage
