Subscribe for 24 month. 2 month left before ended contract n my line very slow even 5g n after payment. Bad service. Never try again n will try digi only

Has the head of digital or chief level officer ever used this product? This is probably the worst UI/UX I ever experienced. You do not have budget for an app development? Use Claude or hire someone to use Claude? You're making 10B a year, and you can't even get someone to fix a simple app, might as well fire the whole digital related teams.

I went to Maxis on 13 Jun 2026 to terminate my account, even my router already returned to Maxis, my account still continue, that's almost 1 month! Means the service continue without my consent, and I'm not even using it. And Digi WhatsApp me saying that y'all rejected my fiber transfer as I still have a contract with Maxis and still have additional charges. The hotline is a joke where I can't get to live agent at all.

Took a whole year just to transfer my broadband to a new place since I moved and whenever I call customer service all they can say is they'll fix it but when I call again they said case never existed maxis is such a joke
