Comments on TNM Smart App for Android

TNM is better than Airtel cos Smile Points are useful whereas Airtel wastes your time with a pathetic gambling spin the wheel. TNM Lapp has much less advertising and is more logical

★★★★☆ Sam Liphuka · Sep 23, 2026

This application is good. It has simplified many of Tnm services, mostly for sharing bundles. I can share bundles with friends. However, when sharing, the new version does not allow me to edit the dates. So, I recommend making it more flexible, i.e. allowing users to select a date within a month. This would allow someone to share a bundle for a period of their choice—for example, 2 days, 3 days, or 14 days—not just a fixed period (daily, weekly, or monthly)

The app is good, it responds well almost on different mobile devices ,,,, it's fast and reliable it gives room for users access it anywhere anytime ......

Some features like Khaki Mbabane and other things present in the picture are not available in the application, or maybe a user doesn't meet the standards to have access to the Khaki Mbabane it would tell the users how they can meet the standards for that offer.

I can not delete accounts I am managing. You can uninstall the app and log in using a diffent number, and it will still be under the original number you signed in with. I can't even log out of the Tnm app it keeps retaining my original number as a user. This is basic stuff come on. And why am I only able to see the bundles you want me to see and not the whole catalogou for me to choose?
