Rubbish design. Can't buy a package as the "next step" button is at the bottom of the screen, it's under the phones' navigation bar and unable to continue, will just press back, menu or home screen. Tried to rotate the phone, app doesn't support. Tried to use multiscreen, app doesn't support. Why is the "next step" button at the bottom of the screen and so small on size. You don't want customers to keep paying for the service?! Paid by using a normal website. Rubbish app.

This is by far the worst app I've used in terms of UI UX functionality. So much so, it could be used as a case study for poor UI UX practices and why you shouldn't do certain things, and there would be so many different examples and problems you could highlight. It is filled with annoying pop-ups and ads that get in the way of you actually achieving your goals and I think 3 HK would do well to hire an actual UI UX design team to fix this app.

One of the worst mobile companies in HK. They don't care about their Clients, only profit. They deliberately don't put caps on the data or talking and if by mistake you make or answer a call while roaming you end up with huge surprise bills into thousands. Other mobile companies have option that don't allow you to make calls or use data that you haven't paid for, or you don't have money in your account, or they put cap on this expense. Speaking to their personnel about it is hopeless. AVOID.

Useless, says click on a site to check your bill and then leads you install their app. When they changed my plan, increased my amount and said unlimited data, but I always get the message, saying "data overused"
