The app is working very good. You have your accounts all in one. Just one complained that it is very hard to find specific things. Like how long is my contract or when I can already renew my contract. I had to ask at the customer support because I couldn't find it in the app.

Crashes on startup yes, I have reinstalled it twice. Managed to charge my prepaid plan through the website on my desktop computer, otherwise I'd be stuck without data.

A while ago the app became incompatible with Graphene OS with an update (even in a user profile where the optional Google Play Services are enabled). I will edit this review as soon as Graphene OS compatibility is restored. A tip for the developers of this app: search the web for "Graphene OS attestation compatibility guide" and click on the first link.

Update: An extremely disappointing and terrible experience from beginning to end. I spent hours trying to register this Telecom prepaid SIM. The Magenta app repeatedly crashed after scanning my ID. Telecom live support told me they could not help and sent me to a shop. A Telecom partner shop also could not register it. I finally returned to the REWE store on Balustrade in Langen, where I bought it for €9.95. They kept the SIM and my original receipt, but I received no refund.

The app is *FULL* of tracking and ad services which send data to third parties, so that Telecom can monetarists their customer service app. The customer is in this case the cow that is being molten.
