The app is working very good. You have your accounts all in one. Just one complained that it is very hard to find specific things. Like how long is my contract or when I can already renew my contract. I had to ask at the customer support because I couldn't find it in the app.

This company is inside military bases, offering their services. BUT no one in customer service speaks English??? The app as well, no way to select other languages??? So why in the USA Military bases? We Speak English, we need to understand the service and charges! Maybe that's the point. For us not to understand what's going on with our bill.

The worst app I ever used. After the last update it is impossible to simply login using phone number, and I can't just top up my phone and see only internet contract in the app. When I am trying to connect to mobile services, it simply sends an error and asks me to try again in 24 hours. Perfect application, works as expected.

Redirected to this app when trying to top up number for the SIM in my 5G hotspot. No obvious way to top up a phone number without account. Doesn't work when connected via SIM in hotspot without credit, unlike pass.telekom.de, just stuck on loading screen.

The worst app you can't top up you can't change tarrif can't add auto-renewal of current tarrif
