The APP is OK. I only use it to chat with billing support for the odd late payment, and to pay the bill with Visa/Debit. I haven't used all the features, hence the 4-stars. The automated chatbot is delayed by an hour or two when customer service is closed. No complaints.

I was impressed by the patience and support I received both online and offline at your stores. I still don't know why I can't receive or make regular calls to any regular phones and my own voicemail and why it goes straight to voicemail from the phone I am using an infinix hot 10. If I could, it had been 5 star.

Very difficult to call in directly for a simple question. But it's no different with any other company these days I suppose. Sign of the times. Otherwise, we love our Telus service and contracts over the years. Hopefully they will employ individuals that speak clear English sooner than later. That's the only problem I have.

I've been with Telus for YEARS, the app is just ok but where they shine is in customer service. To me, that means more than an Android app. So the app only gets ⭐⭐⭐ BUT the customer service and coverage gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is My Telus app has not worked for six years. Telus customer service is pretty well non-existent. Been with Telus for thirty-four years and have never had a late payment charge nor have I ever missed a payment. I have in fact a healthy credit, but this month there is a late payment charge...what the heck is going on Telus. Can't dislike this company enough. Don't even get me started on Data mistakes and three of their useless apps... My Telus, Home Security and Smart Home...none work.

This app sucks the big thick one can't even top up prepaid mobility account when you click on manage it doesn't do anything it takes you back to the same page, I'm slowly getting away from telus, virgin mobile is so much better
