I am a very long time Telus subscriber (approximately 20 years). But I found you, TELUS getting a lot expensive $$$. So I tried SHAW-Rogers. Since I am a very disabled senior I watch a lot of television, but I personally did not care for SHAW. So here I am back with TELUS. SO I want a lower rate plan with MY TELUS.

The definitions of the plans are vague and difficult to find- i.e. $30 plan. I want to know exactly what I am paying for. Also, where would a customer find a invoice for when he paid for them?. Why do you STILL not listen to your consumers?? Also-tell your A.I. to reread my bill before sending a notice. Also for a major world company-this app is cheaply assembled and executed. Still. Still

Sends ads as push notifications. You can't just disable the ads, you have to disable notifications entirely which sorta defeats the purpose of the app, no?

EDIT: Aug 15th, 2026. This app is even more useless than it was before, you sign in and tap on manage for your account but all it does is load the same page again! Uninstalled! June 2025: Can't seem to top up my account using the app lately, I select make payment, and then it wants me to log in again after already being signed in to the app. Yet after doing this I'm not being given the correct page to accomplish anything, I'm met with some sorry we encountered an error page. Fix it!

Irritating beyond belief if something you need isn't in the preset area. I wanted to go on my laptop instead of phone, so I need a verification code from my phone. Login and can't find it anywhere and the help section is useless

Garbage. Dosnt work at all. Change my password and no luck. Have to call customer service or go to the Telus store to pay
