The definitions of the plans are vague and difficult to find- i.e. $30 plan. I want to know exactly what I am paying for. Also, where would a customer find a invoice for when he paid for them?. Why do you STILL not listen to your consumers?? Also-tell your A.I. to reread my bill before sending a notice. Also for a major world company-this app is cheaply assembled and executed. Still. Still

Latest update is broken. I have been trying to log into the newest version of this app with absolutely no success. It keeps saying "Something went wrong" and remaining on the login page, although I still get an email notifying me that there was a login to my account. I don't know if it's bc I'm on a new phone (with my same old SIM card), but it's very frustrating. Reading other reviews it appears this has been an issue fot some users for at least 3 months. No responses to any reviews by Telus.

Telus is a HUGE ripoff!!! Found out they've been overcharging us for years....been with them like 8 years, was on a 3 years contract and when contract was up they started charging us the max for all our services and started charging us for services we didn't even want but original sales guy said was free anyway with our services, so I might as well take it.....which they started charging me for when the 3-year contract was up. Shaw is way better!! When contract with shaw was up my price no change

EDIT: Aug 15th, 2026. This app is even more useless than it was before, you sign in and tap on manage for your account but all it does is load the same page again! Uninstalled! June 2025: Can't seem to top up my account using the app lately, I select make payment, and then it wants me to log in again after already being signed in to the app. Yet after doing this I'm not being given the correct page to accomplish anything, I'm met with some sorry we encountered an error page. Fix it!
