It works well, but please have an option for dark mode. I got used to toggling dark mode for every app and now light mode hurts my eyes

I can't even get in̈! I use my laptop at home for all my business. I have been with Telus since about 1994 aalk=nd it is increasingly difficult to gen information. No one to talk to, can't get into my account to print my bill. I need a copy of my bill in order to pay it. Please do an old loyal customer a great service by sending my bill out every month, so I don't have to go through this every month.

Latest update is broken. I have been trying to log into the newest version of this app with absolutely no success. It keeps saying "Something went wrong" and remaining on the login page, although I still get an email notifying me that there was a login to my account. I don't know if it's bc I'm on a new phone (with my same old SIM card), but it's very frustrating. Reading other reviews it appears this has been an issue fot some users for at least 3 months. No responses to any reviews by Telus.

I want to end my Telus Service, but it's impossible. I got charged when I wanted my subscription to end and there's no chance at a refund. The website is still broken, as it has been all year and their AI chat support is the most useless chatbot I've ever discovered.
