I was impressed by the patience and support I received both online and offline at your stores. I still don't know why I can't receive or make regular calls to any regular phones and my own voicemail and why it goes straight to voicemail from the phone I am using an infinix hot 10. If I could, it had been 5 star.

I've been with Telus now for quite some time, and I have nothing bad to say at all services is excellent customer service same way which by the way I've only ever had the call I think once and my buddy who has a line on here with me, she has no complaints five thumbs up and the prices excellent to go with that service so if you're thinking about switching come to Telus you won't be disappointed.

If I could rate it 0 I would. I had a pixel 7 where the app AND the mobile website simply didn't work. I had to use my wife's phone (pixel 8) or a computer in order to do anything. I now have a pixel 10 and what do you know? App sends you on an endless loop of logging in yet won't actually log you in. Yes the app is updated. Yes I've uninstalled and installed again. Nothing. This app is entirely useless. Not to mention how difficult it is to even see what TF my own plan is. No easy way to see.

This app sucks the big thick one can't even top up prepaid mobility account when you click on manage it doesn't do anything it takes you back to the same page, I'm slowly getting away from telus, virgin mobile is so much better

No longer telus customer unable to Uninstaller app. Had to contact telus have personal info removed from 411. Had to ask telus for refund for over pay on account before they issued refund.
