Overall a good app and reliable service, but it really needs the ability to manage spending limits directly in the app. Having to call customer service support just to change a limit feels outdated.

After the update the app become very user-friendly, and it now shows detailed information about the plan and how much roaming data is remaining which previous version didn't show that.

Paid for my monthly service 2 days ago and still get messaged that my account will be credited only after 7 more days. Of course my Internet is also turned off. Is this type of service necessary for a long time client of Telia ?

For the second month in a row I'm having trouble paying the bill via the app. The app used to work fine until probably last month. Last month it kept saying there were temporary technical difficulties while trying to log in. The temporary lasted a couple of weeks. Ended up using a website. Today the login is fixed. But it says there's temporary technical issues when issuing a payment. When you try to contact support it takes forever.
