I was an epic user from 2023-2025. They were provided very good network in 2023 and 2024 but unfortunately in 2025 I faced many network issues. I am a foreigner, and I use WhatsApp to video call my family but all the time I had very worst network. In 2025 July I decided to switch my SIM to Go. Guys believe me Go is amazing and extraordinary. Till last week I used to view all channels that I am paid for from the website. Yesterday all this disappeared as soon as I try to make contact to watch any tv channel that I used to was no more available, and I got this message. I have done no changes in my PC settings and this is probably something that GO did. And I am getting the message "THIS CONTENT CANNOT BE PLAYED. PLAYBACK ERROR VOx81000010. IF YOU HAVE DONE SOME CHANGES PLEASE INFORM US WITH THESE CHANGES AND SINCE I AM NO GURU

It's an f.... s.... operator. Doesn't have a termination contract online, to send you the amount that you need to pay to finish with them, you have to go on the site. Terrible services. Very poor and limited services. Never again, never. Think twice before you use this operator.

Horrible company, they have misleading products and indirectly charge customers more. If you want to use their bundles, you have to top up the balance to pay for it. Then you have the price of the bundle, let's say €5. You top up €5, that's what they're showing you, top up balance with 5/10/20, and you think ok, you'll renew the bundle. Not so fast, they actually charge you VAT for every top up, so your balance is not €5 but less. In a nutshell, the bundle actually costs more than €5!

The agent gave me a new freedom plan contact as mine was about to expire. We negotiated a price of 16.60 EUR for 2 years. It was a scam and a lie. They raised the price to 27 EUR after 6 months.
