I was an epic user from 2023-2025. They were provided very good network in 2023 and 2024 but unfortunately in 2025 I faced many network issues. I am a foreigner, and I use WhatsApp to video call my family but all the time I had very worst network. In 2025 July I decided to switch my SIM to Go. Guys believe me Go is amazing and extraordinary. I’ve been using this service for decades and overall it has always been reliable. The app is excellent – it makes payments quick and smooth, which I really appreciate. The only downside is that customer service over the phone takes quite a long time to respond. I do understand this may be due to the high number of calls they receive, but hopefully response times can improve in the future. Still, great job overall, and I’m happy to keep using the service.

The esim simply does not work. They advertise a service where you can download an esim to work along with your physical SIM to take advantage of pay as you go in Malta but the app doesn't download an esim to your phone and the activation email has no QR code or activation code. The website says to contact Go through WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger but when you do they tell you they cannot issue a QR code, and you need to visit a store. Total scam, avoid as won't work as advertised.

Why is it impossible to enter the amount for a top-up in the app? If I need to pay 12 euros, I can only choose 10 or 15 euros. Thus, you force users to overpay and keep extra funds in their accounts.

Horrible company, they have misleading products and indirectly charge customers more. If you want to use their bundles, you have to top up the balance to pay for it. Then you have the price of the bundle, let's say €5. You top up €5, that's what they're showing you, top up balance with 5/10/20, and you think ok, you'll renew the bundle. Not so fast, they actually charge you VAT for every top up, so your balance is not €5 but less. In a nutshell, the bundle actually costs more than €5!
