Unfortunately, not all your costs and packages are visible in the application. For example, additional GB in roaming don't show, and you should additionally ask through chat, where customer service communicates it not always correctly.

The only drawback I faced, is that even if you change the language of app into English, there are still many Polish sections and messages.

Seems to be a very useful app. Only problem I have with it is you get a choice about language. After selecting English apart from a couple of messages everything else stays in Polish. Not a major problem, mainly use it to keep an eye on usage.

Absolutely terrible service. It’s practically impossible to reach a real human through this app and get any actual help. I’ve been waiting for a technician to come and replace my router for over a week and a half, and nobody has shown up. No proper communication, no accountability, no solution — just endless waiting and frustration. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with an internet provider. I do not recommend this provider at all.

Play is a terrible service. With many schemes to make you pay more than you should. Usually they use your topup money in an expensive Internet scheme, so you don't activate normally your package, and you have to pay for it twice.
