Almost was now logging in app issues are back in 2026 with both bio-login+regular login now keeps popping up a popup window that says opps invalid_grant and ok, As for past months 2025 it has seemed to be fixed plus payment system finally works as mainly I am happy that the payment system is working📱🤳🏼👍🏼again♦so now can besides Headed to the building just to—Pay Bill—thankfully in ways for some months now, anyway "thanks" for having my ability to do bill payments through the app once more.

I changed my number and forgot to change it on Media com. When I went to log in to the site to change it, it kept sending the code to my old number for verification. So I called customer service, again it asked for my old number and when I put the number in it sent a code to the old number. I can't even call customer service to change my number because it requires the old phone number that I don't have! My Internet has been down for 2 days, and I needed to report the outage, but I CAN'T.

New review - 6 years later App won't send codes to your phone number to start account. Good luck making this work for you. After downloading app, it informed me the only way I could use it and have a username/password in order to view my bill, see outages, ect., was to set up paperless billing and auto-payments. In other words, they wanted me to set up an automatic draft from my checking account before I can even use this application. No, thank you.
