Finally got the app to work with the update... but every time I try to pay my bill the app throws an error (I can't read it disappears to fast) and closes the app.

Update: We reached out to total care, and we're finally told the reason for frequently lost internet. If customer service repts would dig deeper, this will help reduce frustration. Knowing that power company interference is root cause will at least stop sending techs to the house. Please also add a button to report "no internet". The built-in test connection option is useless. Just let us report our internet is out through the app, and make it easier to report this way versus calling every time.

I get conflicting information about service outages, then when I try to use support/callback, the app locks up.

Junk app. Almost useless just like Media com's service, especially outside business hours. As I type this, there's another outage which frequently happens. Tried to use the link for getting a text when the outage is over but the cursor just spins. Can't get any help stateside either most of the time, even during business hours. Good luck getting any help at night when most problems inconveniently happen. Funny how the only function that does always work on this app is paying the bill.

I changed my number and forgot to change it on Media com. When I went to log in to the site to change it, it kept sending the code to my old number for verification. So I called customer service, again it asked for my old number and when I put the number in it sent a code to the old number. I can't even call customer service to change my number because it requires the old phone number that I don't have! My Internet has been down for 2 days, and I needed to report the outage, but I CAN'T.
