I've been using Lucky's for 6 months no problems or complaints so easy to top up the interface is easy to use the more time u stay a customer you get points towards how much data you receive I love lucky. I currently live in the country, and It works well plus I spend a lot of time in the city the service is never failed me good job lucky I started with the 19.99 plan.

Is it too much to expect lucky to take MasterCard debit as well as Visa debit? Why should I have to transfer money from One bank to the other just to top up my prepaid account?

Paid for basic plan. I could receive text but could not make or receive calls. Can't find any help so far on how to fix that or get my monthy payment back. Tried on many different phones between 3 people. All bunk.

They have great cheap plans for new customers, but once you become a customer ya can't get plans cheaper thn $30 yet if you sign up new there are many dif plans with same data, txts, calls for cheaper! It should be opposite better deals for the existing customers,

Terrible experience. Many system errors. Many phone calls to try and reach customer service. Chat could not keep up at all...could not remember why I started the chat and which company I was porting from and also to. Was telling me how to contact Virgin and bell instead of lucky. When I asked for a phone number to call (because the chat was so bloody annoying and a waste of time AND because a bell rep had left me a vm) they gave me different numbers that did not get me help. Finally, got service.
