Terrible experience. Many system errors. Many phone calls to try and reach customer service. Chat could not keep up at all...could not remember why I started the chat and which company I was porting from and also to. Was telling me how to contact Virgin and bell instead of lucky. When I asked for a phone number to call (because the chat was so bloody annoying and a waste of time AND because a bell rep had left me a vm) they gave me different numbers that did not get me help. Finally, got service.

Terrible experience with Lucky Mobile customer service. I removed my card on the 24th and got email confirmation from Lucky saying it was REMOVED. But I still got charged on the 26th even though I didn't have an active card on my account. I contacted them on the 26th and 27th in the morning, but they wouldn't give me my money back. I have proof my card was Removed from Lucky sending the emails. DO NOT TRUST LUCKY MOBILE. DO NOT TRUST LUCKY MOBILE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION
