I used to have AT&T and their app was plain horrible! It's like they made it hard for the user to interact with it! After my switch to US Mobile it was like a breath of fresh air. App is easy to use, all the information is right there at the tip of your fingers. I have 2 lines mine and my daughter's and no problems managing multiple lines. Soon to add my wife to the equation. Most importantly they don't hide anything like my previous company did. Thumbs up US Mobile. I'm so happy I came aboard!

Very poor customer service. Porting in was a nightmare. I signed up for Warp (Verizon) service. Verizon is blistering fast at my house but US Mobile Warp is very slow, almost unusable. Didn't get the streaming service perks promised on the website.

Do not use us mobile to me, they are very customer unfriendly! I used the service for 4 hours and wanted a refund an annual customer, and it was more than a hurdle to get my money back! I do not recommend anyone to use this service

App doesn't provide notifications for customer support messages. I go to another app to multitask, then an agent messages me. I don't see or hear it, because there is no notification. Fix this please.

I've had US Mobile for 3 months I bought a year big disappointment. The app hasn't worked right since I got it on my Samsung Ultra 25 plus. And the phone number they gave me has been tagged by every collector on the universe and every spammer in the galaxy. As a visually impaired person I can't just easily get hold of them and change the number it took me 5 hours just to sign up when it takes everybody else like 5 to 10 minutes. So I don't know that I can recommend it
