Excellent service with no problems, fully capable of streaming football games and anything else I want. I have no more connection bandwidth issues than any other full speed, full price, company I've ever been with. Save yourself quite a few bucks and go with Visible. I have not been disappointed. Also, if they still offer unlimited hotspot then that makes this so much better because I was able to cut out my internet provider and have a local network from my phone for my TV and computer. What!

Great price, same service as Verizon because it's owned by Verizon. This is the no frills unlimited plan I'm on and it works great. All of your service is done online. You won't get help at a Verizon store, but that's why it's so much cheaper. Wish I would've known about it a long time ago. I could've saved so much money.

At first, it worked great. No problems at all. Unlimited hotspot service was really unlimited. They didn't choke off after a certain amount of data. That lasted the first month. Now I can't watch a half hour show without it going 6-7-8 times or more. Internet is extremely slow also. If it wasn't for the unlimited hotspot I'd have got rid of it by now. Customer service is appalling. They spend most of the time wanting you to prove who you are and then want you to troubleshoot their service.

Absolute trash service. It was good initially and as usual, right down the crapper. HOURS go by with ZERO Internet. Reset everything, toggle off/on airplane mode, pull and gently wipe off SIM. NOTHING. At least 4 days per week, all times of the day (even 3 a.m.) Don't waste your money. You can never get customer service either. SHITE. Verizon wireless service.

App functions as intended but after I close the app it crashes on reopen and I have to uninstall and reinstall to fix it. Would be less annoying if there was any other way to contact visible
