Visible is getting better as far as service running smoothly but for the price of $35 a month, including unlimited Hotspot, it's an excellent deal! I thought by now price would have increased, but it hasn't! Great deal!

Would have been a member if I had been allowed to switch, I was able to use the 14-day free trial using esim on my straight talk moto stylus 5g 2025 but after the trial. Ended I attempted to switch to visible but was told my phone needed to be unlocked ?? If it isn't unlocked now it wasn't them either (during trial) if both are on Verizon then I think straight talk should have to unlock the device I've had it at or almost exactly 6mnths now .was told it only took 3 months with service but?

It has been a bad experience trying to set up service. The prompts on the app send me in circles. I've spent 5 hours spread over the past several days, using the app and texting with live agents. Visible suggested deleting my service order and starting over. I did that. Now the $5 discount for the first 12 months has expired. And I still haven't been able to activate my service. I will try one more time, then give up and find another cell phone service.

I ran into a connection issue in the last 3 weeks. My speeds are slow I can't even get through a whole YouTube video without getting the spinning Circle over and over again. It took me 3 days of the circular customer service suggestion help live chat with an actual bot to get nowhere and no solution. Finally I got to a live chat person, and he claimed that he could send me another sim card but when their phone service until it arrived in the mail. Clearly I'll be finding another phone service
