★★★★★ Aside from 1 traumatic situation trying to switch phones & customer svc canceled my service without disabling the 2-step verification I went without a phone for a week because the pin they were sending my number they had terminated I couldn't receive. Spent many days that week using my library's Wi-Fi to chat with cust.svc. To get it figured out finally after 20 different reps they figured it out. It was frustrating but haven't any other issues ever! I love visible! It's affordable & reliable!!TY!

★★☆☆☆ Today is November the 30th 2023 I just made my payment November the 27th 2023. And I have had less than 2 days worth of full service & this is after chat w/ support. Procedures taken on their end caused my signal to go from spotty 5G/4G to * off just like now I'm toggling airplane mode just to complete this review. Prior to all the updates, you could refresh your sim card from the app. Not any more I don't even see it on the web page. I have a 5g phone Android 13. Leaving Visible. No stability.

★★☆☆☆ Visible wireless could not solve the issue with my phone not receiving texts even with me living next to a major city. I chatted with them 9 times in the first 3 days of switching over. I would not recommend their service. They clearly do not have everything in technical order. I switched back to my old carrier immediately. Having this service for less than 10 days, having it not work, support GUARANTEEING it was fixed every hour I spent on chat with them ---> a refund is well deserved.
