I'm going on a month now, and I have not been able to use my hotspot. I spoke to the help center well over 5 times, and they can never figure out why I am not getting hotspot. I also troubleshooted every thing they told me to do. My apn is locked shut, so I can't change settings and need someone to unlock my apn setting, so I can fix what I think is the issue. And I feel like I deserve a month free for all this work.

Shortly after I had begun using Visible my visual vm as well as any other notifications for letting me know that I have any kind of voicemail had just out of nowhere completely stopped coming and upon signing up with this company everything was working great all notifications for any kind of voicemail messages rather being just a receipt or a regular voicemail alone now it's screwed up, and they can't get it corrected the way that it was from the first.

OMG worst experience ever. Can't chat, can't email, there is no customer service. I understand it is a second service compared to Verizon but really, this is terrible! The 5g or even G4lte fails. I don't understand. I get an alert and claims I may have run out, but I'm on unlimited plan. Vision plus. But I should at least be able to use their stupid AI chatbot to complain. Or even calculate minutes used. God if I could get ahold of someone I would cancel my contract.
