Red pocket is the worst company to exist there app don't work can't add a new line or make a payment same thing on website tried on phone a chat to get customer service to help only thing they would say is to keep trying and that they would report the problems to higher up after 1 week of trying to get problem fixed I left Red Pocket price is not everything if you're like me and only AT&T will work in your area try cricket wireless 2 lines for $90 total with unlimited everything with HBO MAX.

Best service ever! Fastest 5g internet even when I live in the woods. Worst app in the world though. The app doesn't work at all. You get an error message anytime you try to buy more data or buy more hotspot data.

Like many people said, the app suddenly doesn't allow logging in. I changed two different Wi-Fi and also tried the mobile data. None of them works despite all other apps work flawless. Have reported to the customer service, the problem persists so far. The website failed to work as well, but it appears they fixed it. However, the app keeps saying error!
