Worst app design ever. Once you viewed the eSIM card, the system will consider it as installed and won't allow you to actually install it later. But the card has never been installed, and they don't even have a device ID in their record. The worst is the customer service. Not helpful and not responding at all.

No issues while using in Vietnam. Partly working in cambodia. At the end Support wasn't able to Help and I switched to a hard Sim card

Bought data for a trip abroad. The eSIM never worked and the help service never resolved the problem and stopped responding to my request for a resolution. I won't be using BNeSIM for my next trip
