It's supposed to be a communications app, yet its 2FA via email is so unreliable that I cannot log in as it never sends the 4-digit code. Not even seen in the trash or junk box. And paid subscription or eSim does not automatically appear. Only receipt shows.

The experience is TERRIBLE. The team is not serious at all. After collecting payment for a phone number which I wasn't able to make successful calls with, they refused resolving the issue. Their AI agent/Bot kept responding and telling me that the issue has been escalated to human agent and marked as urgent. However, no human agent responded even after 2 weeks. I have uninstalled the App without getting value for what I paid for, and they refused refunding.

I have made several attempts to resolve a technical issue with my purchased US phone number and recived absolutely no support other than empty promises and hollow apologies from an AI bot. I haven't been able to use the number I purchased, and my attempts are whittling away at the minuters I purchased, while my unusable phone plan is aging without me being able to use it. I'm paying for a service that doesn't work. It's been 1 week now, and still nothing from BNE SIM.
