Superb Data experience. Add more data for more enjoyable experience. I love the signal when it compares to my usual network that slows. Your eSIM is consistent on data collection speed.

So far it's really good. Cheaper than Airalo and service has been just as good. Only issue I ran into was the esim setup instructions are out of date. When I followed the instructions the esim didn't work. When I used the default auto settings everything works as ot should.

The app blocked itself, telling me it needed updating right now before I can use it again - while I was abroad and on their data plan. So I needed to use data to update the app. Later, it told me that I need to change my password right now, or I cannot use the app, while I was outside and without any way to write down the new password. That is really bad design. Send me reminders for these things, but do not block an app from being used, while I'm traveling and depending on it!

The experience is TERRIBLE. The team is not serious at all. After collecting payment for a phone number which I wasn't able to make successful calls with, they refused resolving the issue. Their AI agent/Bot kept responding and telling me that the issue has been escalated to human agent and marked as urgent. However, no human agent responded even after 2 weeks. I have uninstalled the App without getting value for what I paid for, and they refused refunding.

This app was scam. They charge me twice with just 1 data plan. I pay my data plan with their BNE wallet, and also they deduct it on my credit card. I provide photos and evidence but still not covered for refund. They don't know or can't explain why they charge me TWice. Not recommend this esim app. Support service not good. Not acceptable.
