You can do better. There are far better services with better prices for pay as you go devices. This company touts "UW" service but has the most unreliable mobile hotspot and the prices for data are insane. 65 dollars without autopay for unlimited everything and 30 gb of mobile hotspot. Did I mention their app is terrible at tracking your data, so you have no idea if your service dropped because the connections bad, or you just ran out of mobile hotspot. Definitely ditching these guys.

If I could go to zero or lower I would. I have spent literal hours on the phone with their absolute piss poor customer service. Nothing gets resolved, they do not care if you are happy with their service. Literally had the girl laugh at me for saying she lost a customer because I did not want to start a new account and low and behold, I had to start a new account because I listened to her. All in all just a terrible company, but what should you expect being bottom of the barrel Verizon.
