I've had these guys for about years and I have my first issue that really bothers me is the fact that my Internet connection has disappeared, and my data burned up in less than a day once I reused my service and there isn't any way I'm using that much because it's unlimited everything and for them not to see this and put a flag up in their head and say wow that's odd this accounts data burned up as soon as they renewed service, have immediate measures to stop this madness and put an end to hackers

Pro-tip don't you ever get the $25,$30 & $40 plan of you use data to watch movies and upload videos on TikTok and YouTube get instead the $50 plan unless you have Wi-Fi at home get those plans other than that the data speeds are low 64kbps at least 1mbps would be decent I had to get the $25 plan because I was short on money I always get the $50 plan because I upload videos on both YouTube & TikTok I must have unlimited data next month I'm getting the $50 plan the plan should be $40 if you ask me

2 things I don't like about simple mobile is 1. When you buy a new phone you can't put just your SIM card you'll need to activate the new SIM card that came with the new phone so annoying the second is they sun under Verizon wireless as we all know they have a bad reputation with canceling your accounts that's ex what simple mobile do to your account they will disconnect your service without notice same with straight talk horrible experience I'm With att just because of that I don't like att

Put a whole new data plan on the phone and it's not 5working

Real unlimited include unlimited hotspot/Wi-Fi - speeds & usage. 5G is of 20+ Gigabits/sec, yet, noth more than 150 Megabits/sec aft the first day. Express noth throttling, yet Speediest (Okla) results expree otherwise. Website has issues loading on smart devices, app noth login either. Survey (at least whence purchased) noth to do with Simple Mobile & likely a disrespectful phishing attempt (setup/test/trick/etc....); their failure, noth of their intended. Cuts service early - illegal activities.
