I'm really not sure, yet I haven't used yet. But I have a question how come the developers only respond to people who leave good reviews. But anything less of a compliment don't get a response. Why? Those are the people that you need to respond to. Word of mouth you know. I personally feel if they feel not heard they are going to tell people and here is their first step. Any who that's just me. Take it for what it's worth.

Trying to add service & It's telling me "login failed", tried the website, when I hit continue, nothing happens, tried to text to 611, got "we are unable to process your request", said to call 611 & the auto message said to call after 7am due to system upgrades.... I hope that's what's going on, because I'm within 7 days of service end date & I was trying to add to my reserve. I've had this provider 4 years & I do like them, but Net 10 should notify when they are planning to do upgrades...😮‍💨

The service is great. The free phone they gave me is garbage. It lags, it's very sensitive, even when the settings are changed, and I can barely txt or answer the phone at times or trying to voice txt it can't read my clear voice. The phone looks nice, but is far from it.

Worst app ever. I make a password, then it pretends I entered the wrong password and locks me out. If I click "forgot password" it lies and says it sends it to my email, and I never get an email from them. I keep having to call support over and over for help, wasting time getting nowhere. What a CROCK!

Ever since I have downloaded the app again on my new cell phone I have not been Able to log in into my account which absolutely sucks because I really do like the company and have had my cell phone service through them for many years now. If it was not for the login trouble I have been having I would definitely recommend but not until they fix the login issues I have been having.
