Terrible app, and terrible customer service. I changed my number and now my phone don't work. To make things worse I put time on my phone 4 days ago. Do not recommend total wireless. Im going back to straight talk

Horrible customer service....ordered a ph 3 weeks ago... paid extra for overnight shipping. Can not get a supervisor on the ph....customer service reps can not tell me why my phone has not been shipped.... they stole my $$...a "total" mess of an operation... worst experience with a cell company. Verizon should be embarrassed.
