I got a free phone from these guys, for how long I've been paying my bill, and to be rewarded like that I love it! Exceptional. Literally I was in a super jam out here in Harrisburg Pa. I was released from DCP without a phone. My phone was left where I was extradited from 12 hours away. My actions contributing to my rise I received 20 bucks from someone. I walked into total wireless and asked for help explaining I only had 20 bucks. The guy said at first I needed 50 bucks. I said I didn't have it then he asked if I had 30. I said no...before I walked out he said "Let's help you". He hooked me up.

TRIED TO CHANGE MY NUMBER, NOW MY PHONE BEEN OFF TWO DAYS AND MY BILL KEEP CHANGING. NO HELP To text AND CALLING SUPPORT TO ESCALATE SOMETHING THE Don't DEEM IMPORTANT ENOUGH. I SENT AN EMAIL STILL NO RESPONSE NO URGENCY. TWO DAYS NOW WITH NO SERVICE.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. It has had the worst experience from this company again. I have 2 bank accounts, I have contacted both of my banks and there was no bank fraud at all on my end. I paid my bill in full of no discrepancy or problems. Total Wireless have deactivated my phone number and sim card saying that I committed bank fraud. I believe someone within the company is committing fraudulent activity. It's that I have my phone number for job purposes.
