This is worse cell service in the history of government minutes. They answer for assistance, no one has answered in months. Minutes last 2-3 only for the company to get the client to purchase more minutes at outrageous prices. I have another cell phone thank God This cell phone they sent doesn't connect to line base Internet service that's how this company ripped clients off. I didn't ever know the number attached to this line because I have been trying to stop service with assistance.

What is even happening here. This phone and data is an absolute joke. It takes 45 mins to download a 12 mb file on its data. Not to mention that I have been getting spam calls around 3-4 times daily and random unbranded ads when I try to open up apps like discord. Can't run anything properly, always running RAM no more than 190 mb. Customer service doesn't exist, texts come in a day or more late, and it keeps heating up till it forces itself to shut down.

This phone is junk it's been a problem since I got it doesn't work right I don't know if it was dropped or what's wrong it I know I wouldn't buy a Verde it's the worst phone I've ever gotten & the service is a joke u I've had to resend messages over & over because they kept messing up my account, and it's almost impossible to get help for anything on this phone I can't speak on all Verde phones I can only tell you about mine I believe was broke when I got it because I keep having to reset it &; s
