I am a senior, so disappointed with Xfinity and T-mobile in the past. I wish I've known about Air Talk Wireless much sooner! Still, I have a lot to learn from the new phone I am now having with me. So far, so good. I just wish to find someone who's acknowledged about Air Talk regarding adding more GB or unlimited GB & the cost, so I can learn from them.

I was sent a Verde hot pepper phone. The phone doesn't have a keyboard, and it records and types everything it hears which is a serious invasion of privacy ! I turned the phone off and the phone came back on by itself. I was given a voucher, because my first phone was stolen and I didn't want the thief to get off scout free. So, I used the 30.00 voucher, I was given to get another phone. And now, I want to cancel my lifeline service with this company ! Free sometimes means giving up your freedom

For one thing, no one ever answers the customer service phone number. Secondly, when you" top up", your account says it's being shipped. Any other time I topped up anything, it was instant.
