In the past it was ok, but today I have spent FAR too much time on trying to get it to work. Can't log in. Can't reset password Code doesn't show up. Check email, check messages. Load app on tablet because maybe it's my phone. Tablet shows 6 emails sent, phone shows 2. So, maybe phone? Except, tablet won't let me in the app after reseting password. Just stays on login page. Go back to phone. App can't connect. Try again and again. Make sure tablet app is closed. Downloaded again, nope

I've been a virgin mobile customer for over a decade. My app makes me enter my username and password almost every time I try to open it except when I have a bill waiting. My password rarely works even though it has been saved to my phone for years. Trying to get these people on the phone is even more frustrating. They make you re-login even though you're already logged in and then deny log-in info and lock you out for 30 mins. Their internet sucks too. Virgin mobile has gone down hill big time!

Stay away from virgin. They act like drug dealers a restrict your account over $52 even when your spending cap is $200! They are crooks who is a stronghold you to pay by restricting your account services like blocking phone calls.
