Have to manually enter payment details each time, will not save or auto-bill

Garbage app and service many hidden fees false advertising and more. This app logs you out very billing period, always says my password is wrong or email is invalid. And now they have charged me for roaming when my data was and roaming where turned off in the settings. Avoid this bloated service I don't think iv paid a bill that was the same amount every month they always had some extra fees in varying ammouts.

Lost phone chip almost a year ago cant seem to log in tried getting replacement chip never arrived, tried cancelling service since phone was paid off. Multiple times, I think now it's affecting my credit. Atill can't log in to see how much more ive been charged passed the 3 months I was already overcharged while waiting for the sim replacement. And had no services whatsoever. So yeah virgin mobile is just a credit dropper for me. I have no services attached to them, i shouldn't owe, I can't log in 2 C
