Worst app. Every month, I have troubles when I try to use the app to pay. I think it's a way to force the customer to pay by direct debit. I don't trust Virgin Media with my bank because of previous experience. They withdraw extra without my permission.

I've just cancelled my direct debit. I have a billing issue and can not get to speak to a real person. And just to add, I tried ringing virgin too, and I was faced with the same problem. The customer service is absolutely atrocious

Disappointed in the whole provider. I've been a customer for 22 years, since before they took over comcast. Prices have gone up and up, £80 a month just for broadband....it's more than I was paying for tv, phone AND broadband package. I'm not paying, I found someone cheaper on Go Compare.... no incentive to keep existing long term customers happy, just expecting them to be okay with what seems twice yearly price hikes

Just joined VM and very disappointed so far. The app seems to be useless it won't let me access my bill or make an upfront payment. I rang the customer service number and went round and round and round trying to speak to someone. After 20 mins I eventually did speak to someone who helped make the payment. I just tried to go into the app again, and it said I needed to download the app which I already have!!!
