A joke, it's slow, the help section is useless, good luck trying to actually talk to someone. I got charged over double for a bill and trying to get help with that is ridiculously harder than it used to be

Won't let me sign in just keeps returning to the sign in option. Website is the same I can't get into my Virgin Media account on either platform. Virgin Media need to sort this out!
