View my bill ? Just a bunch of credits for changes they made to it mid-contract. Look at alternate packages ? Just a page that says chat to us. Upgrade ? Same page. Shop ? Chat to us. Manage my package ? Same page. Mind you it would be okay IF THE PAGE HAD THE OPTION TO CHAT TO SOMEONE. Support ? You need to sign in ... to the app you're signed into. View my bill ? 50 / 50 chance you'll see some info OR THE CHAT TO US SCREEN. App Version 25.14.0

Keeps throwing me out when I'm in chat if screen locks or need to access another app while keeping the virgin app open

Absolutely appalling app. Ever since they joined with O2 they're both terrible. When making a payment, you need to approve a payment in your banking app. As soon as you do anything—like leave the app, swipe down notification panel, copy the OTP from the text message notification—the loading screen pops up and takes you straight back to the start. So I need multiple devices just to make a payment🤦🏻♂️🙄 Trying to sign in is ridiculous. WHAT'S WRONG WITH JUST USING YOUR EMAIL AND PASSWORD?! 🙄
