Used to be good for years, but in the last week it was an utter disaster, now if I try I get security passkeys, email verification, all completed, but never get to log in GET IT SORTED VIRGIN

Unfortunately redundant now the 360 box is in my house. The app gets stuck in a doom loop of login failures and authentications, and then doesn't work with the 360 box. Can't understand why Virgin haven't brought out a 360 update, or 360 specific app. Very disappointing.
★☆☆☆☆Rhodri Evans· Dec 15, 2025
I'm guessing this app will be obsolete soon with the phasing out of V6 in favor of 360. In the meantime it is incompatible with the new Virgin O2 passkey. I had to go into my account on a web browser and ensure that password is enabled as a login method, then reset the app clearing all data. Eventually after doing this repeatedly I was able to log in. Initial error message: Authentication Failed Please contact your system administrator for assistance regarding this error. Adapter: Unknown
