VM upgraded me to a new Tivio Box. Now I cannot connect to it nor log into the new VM Connect app to record when outside house. One or both are proving useless. Virgin Media - HELP!!

Awful app, won't sign in it just stuck on creating a passkey (which I have already done). Then asks me to verify my identity via email and then says login failed. Rubbish app. Would not recommend

SORT IT OUT VIRGIN.!! Stuck on the verification loop.!! Logged me out the app. Now it won't verify my password or passkey. Totally useless !!
