Since I got my hub 6 its absolute rubbish I can't pause or connect to my devices. It keeps saying error

Can't switch Wi-Fi off on any device. The pause function doesn't work and just says we're having problems with this function and working hard to fix this app. Come on virgin sort this out!!!
