Bad to very good! The hub wasn't working for 4 days... but it is flying after a technician came and solved the problem... The help area is not good especially if it is 'technical' it wasn't easy reaching out to a human host who solved the issue after a false start.

Doesn't find hub - shows number of devices but then just says It's failed to find hub so is useless as far as can see.

Pointless. Starts an endless loop trying to connect to my account via the web. Linking accounts - whatever that is - doesn't work. If you do get an email to confirm login in, it has expired within the five seconds it takes to return from email app to the Virgin Connect app. Pointless - this app doesn't connect to anything. How hard can you make a router connection? Take your computer to 192.168..... instead

Rubbish app. Can't go onto it unless you are connected to your Wi-Fi, so how are you meant to check what the problem is?
