So far no issues, it was easier to change the router name and password through this than through the router directly.

Bad to very good! The hub wasn't working for 4 days... but it is flying after a technician came and solved the problem... The help area is not good especially if it is 'technical' it wasn't easy reaching out to a human host who solved the issue after a false start.

Useless app. Not fit for purpose. It doesn't recognize the guest Wi-Fi, and it doesn't recognize all connected devices, which is the whole reason for using the app.

Not a bad start but home page shows incorrect number of devices connected to network e.g. shows 10 but going to other tabs there are 12 devices connected and can't disconnect/pause deivces

This app's functions are useful, but it takes too long to update to what's in your network. It took a few days for it to realize I even had a router in my home, even though all my devices could connect to it. It does not knowI have a Wi-Fi pod, even after I have "added" it to this app many times. My speed tests are inaccurate because it doesn't know to look for a Wi-Fi pod. VM agents claim everything works in my home, so why doesn't the app know too?
