Can't sign in - keeps asking me to verify my email then it does nothing. App as rubbish as the Virgin Cust Services.

All this O2 stuff is ruining everything. Log in this. Verify that. it won't work. Spent ages a while ago managed eventually to do it now it's back to normal., asking for as passkey but when I enter email to log in it says passkey failed try another way when I haven't even had chance to enter the passkey. Utter rubbish. BT now have the fiber in our road so can't wait to go back to sky. Virgin... stop messing with the services we pay you for and fix things when you break them!

Tried to watch live football on tablet at home whilst wife watching other on tv- says only can be watched on "Virgin TV box" WHAT IS THE POINT OF THIS APP IF I HAVE TO WATCH RECORDINGS ON THE TV BOX?? APP IS A WASTE OF TIME AND COMPLETELY POINTLESS. NEEDS MAJOR FIX. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME INSTALLING AS Can't WATCH RECORDINGS OR LIVE PROGRAMS.

Initially impossible to log in to the app as it would not recognize my fingerprint and would not let me use my password. Had to log in to my main Virgin account and set up my device again from there before it would recognize me.
