Utterly fed up with virgin, constantly dropping internet connection, paying for 500meg getting anything from 160-330 most of the time not oven above 450. Don’t get me started on TV go useless unless at my home address! Sadly with the so-called update on the horizon I’ll be letting them go.

All this O2 stuff is ruining everything. Log in this. Verify that. it won't work. Spent ages a while ago managed eventually to do it now it's back to normal., asking for as passkey but when I enter email to log in it says passkey failed try another way when I haven't even had chance to enter the passkey. Utter rubbish. BT now have the fiber in our road so can't wait to go back to sky. Virgin... stop messing with the services we pay you for and fix things when you break them!

When I started it was good I could easily use and watch without interruptions Now on my new phone I am having a lot of issues, and I can't sign in without continuously verifying email and password regularly, and I still can't even sign in
