Since I moved to superfast broadband nothing has worked, I can't get into my bt app which I have had since joining bt 20 years ago, I can't get into check my monthly bills or anything else.

I have now been logged out of my App/account for the last 3 months. I keep requesting a new password but continuously get the message saying BT couldn't find an acct to match my ID. I find the situation frustrating as I cannot pay my bill through my app so im forced to phone BT to pay the bills. Please sort it out.
