Terrible app allways had issues and now carnt even log in, spoke to technical support, and even they couldn't fix it, and now I have to wait up to 30 days for someone to ring me back!!! Just as bad as there actually broadband!!! Shocking!!!

Constantly unavailable to log in after dark due to so-called maintenance. Every time this happens which is most days, I have to log in again and re-setup a pin to use the app. Such an inconvenience and not user-friendly at all. Uninstalled.

The previous app was fine. This version does not work! A month later still rubbish. BT going backwards in their products. You have replied twice asking me to ring bt. I did this last month and there has been no change. Read the reviews this is not an isolated incident. Customers are unhappy !!!
