Every time I log into this app, after about 5 seconds it tells me I need to re log in, and just keeps repeating the same screen explaining I need to log in again, I don't get time to do anything, this has happened since I first downloaded the app. %his app is not fit for purpose, how can BT charge for a service that doesn't work, and with the many reviews saying the same thing, they do nothing, but still send me txt message if my bill is a few hours overdue.

This app insists that I don't have broadband, tries to sign me up, and can't show any bills! So what is it for?

Impossible to login. I specify my email then password. BT sends and OTP by SMS, which I type in. It is accepted and the app proceeds to display ... the login prompt. I have been through this cycle about 10 times. All I want to do is pay my bill!
