Utterly Abysmal. Downloaded as have BT broadband and there was a fault. It won't log on, keeps telling me there's a Service issue, and it's very busy and to try later. Tried the app as calling BT is useless as they won't answer. BT is really expensive and the service is awful. It's what you'd expect from scammers, not a multi-million pounds old national institution business. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Update from May 26 - This app is still unusable, I cannot log in and haven't been able to for months. We received a new router but still cannot access our account. On the odd occasion that I can log in I am presented with my account from over 5 years ago with no way to switch to my active account! BT said they would fix it - they didn't. Still can't access parental controls, so now my kids have free rein rather than being locked out all the time! Really expect more from a company this size!

Terrible this app is useless I have up-to-date software on my phone I have uninstall it now 5 times and reinstall it still will not let me log on bt tec guys can't help terrible app terrible service, but it's bt what do you expect
