App is useless constant errors trying to view stuff like bills or usage then wants you to log in even though you are logged in

Impossible to login. I specify my email then password. BT sends and OTP by SMS, which I type in. It is accepted and the app proceeds to display ... the login prompt. I have been through this cycle about 10 times. All I want to do is pay my bill!
