It works. My only complaint would be when recording a voicemail greeting the quality of recording is nit good (especially with "s" sounds)

Horrendous app, slow to use and respond, endless loading screens. Reflects the same poor user experience as the BT website offers. Sad to see for the UKs leading telecom provider.

Extremely poor service. We have a business account, gave over 2 weeks notice of moving house, engineer should give been at the house the day of moving, failed to appear but came the following day. Did whatever he had to but could not connect to fiber as it does not exist to our house. Six days later no Wi-Fi which is frustrating as we gave a business account. Really, poor service and 6 days later no update other than to say they are delayed. BT complete rubbish!

Total scam, all conversations and fault logs got deleted by BT, and the app. Do not ues BT or the app, if you need to complain or log a fault, get them to send you complained reference or job reference otherwise they will deny it.

Terrible service and they charge you a fee once you disconnect after the end of your contract. Will never return to BT
