Signing into the BT Business App When you sign into the BT Business App for the first time, you'll need your BT Business My Account username and password.

It works. My only complaint would be when recording a voicemail greeting the quality of recording is nit good (especially with "s" sounds)

Awful app. Very slow, unresponsive, inaccurate, crashes, now 1 good thing to say. The service from BT is terrible, I placed 3 orders, all done incorrectly by the BT staff, ended up being billed for an account that they cancelled. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible service and they charge you a fee once you disconnect after the end of your contract. Will never return to BT

App stopped working, won't let me log in to pay bill. Been trying over the last 25 days sometimes 2-3times per day how are we ment to pay the bill when you block us.

Extremely poor service. We have a business account, gave over 2 weeks notice of moving house, engineer should give been at the house the day of moving, failed to appear but came the following day. Did whatever he had to but could not connect to fiber as it does not exist to our house. Six days later no Wi-Fi which is frustrating as we gave a business account. Really, poor service and 6 days later no update other than to say they are delayed. BT complete rubbish!

I moved from fttc to fttp and now cannot see any bills related to new service. Maybe not the apps fault but rubbish anyway since the chat agents are never available when needed.
