Their services are just terrible they increased the prices recently and their services are frequently not available due to those lame excuses of maintenance and blah blah blah. So as a client I'm paying more than before for not even 30 days, sometimes we get internet 20 days a month or less ... I'm frustrated. Then you must deduct those charges of those hours when we never get services, but we are forced to pay for it anyway

The nayatel helpline number takes more than an hour from them to answer the call. When someone has an issue then after calling the helpline they leave a note for there grandchildren that if the nayatel helpline answered the call then tell them that my grandparents had this issue with internet...

I'm a freelancer, and I switched to nayatel last month and transitioned away from mobile carrier for internet connectivity. Nayatel internet stability is really good in fact way better than mobile carrier. However, outages have been frequent, in the last month alone since I got connection on 7th of July, there were more than 4 outages. Today it's 3rd of August, and I have to urgently do some work, and there's an outage. Out of necessity I had to subscribe to a mobile carrier bundle to do my work
