Terra Nova Nordic Spa is the happiest place on earth! I love the Nordic Experience. I didn't realize until I started going regularly (2-3 times a month) how fantastic the hot/cold therapy is for a body add in relaxation and WOW. The spa services make pampering yourself or a loved one the best gift ever. High Tea is splendid; feels like the days when my Granny served her friend's and Terra Nova staff make the extra effort for a classy afternoon. Thank you for creating a beautiful environment!!

Mostly happy with this app, but the information translating from here to the client app isn't always reliable. When a class is substituted with another instructor, that information should immediately translate to the client app, so students can see who is actually teaching the class. Too often I make a change and students show up expecting one instructor when there is another teaching. Certain styles bring in certain students, and it's crucial to know who is going to be there.

Most expensive mistake I've ever made working with this company not even a week in and had issues it took forever to resolve 3 months in we canceled and paid to get out of our contract. I've never worked for a company that requires a contract with no demo. I should have known that was a bad sign. If you do massage don't use this app it's more for hair salons or gyms with classes. It's super difficult to set up and not user-friendly most of my clients hated it as txt wasn't default mostly all email.

Mind body registered my business name incorrectly despite clear instructions, and their onboarding team deactivated appointment types, stopping me from processing client sessions. This disrupted my cash flow and caused major headaches with running my business. Support was also useless, making the experience costly and frustrating. It feels like they just want your money. Do NOT sign up! No matter how many mistakes they make on their end, they refuse to let you cancel your subscription.

Fewer features per tier every year. Fewer tiers per program every year. Less reliability every year. My cost has DOUBLED in five years. No one can ever fix my problems, but can easily try to annoyingly upsell me several times a year. They keep taking away, but increasing the price Starting at $80 a month now over $180+ a month with fewer features, fewer tiers, less uptime, and less help! It seems that every time I call I know more about their jobs than their tech support. DO NOT USE MIND BODY!

Bugs galore. Support is there but inefficient and frustrating as they have excuses for everything and make ridiculous suggestions on what is happening as they assume you don't understand tech which is probably a bulk of their clients as it's not their world, so they get away with it but for the high fees they charge, this doesn't represent value, and they absolutely do not care about their clients especially if you are not US based. Their internationalization lags so far behind modern tech.
