Terra Nova Nordic Spa is the happiest place on earth! I love the Nordic Experience. I didn't realize until I started going regularly (2-3 times a month) how fantastic the hot/cold therapy is for a body add in relaxation and WOW. The spa services make pampering yourself or a loved one the best gift ever. Mind body registered my business name incorrectly despite clear instructions, and their onboarding team deactivated appointment types, stopping me from processing client sessions. This disrupted my cash flow and caused major headaches with running my business. Support was also useless, making the experience costly and frustrating. It feels like they just want your money. Do NOT sign up! No matter how many mistakes they make on their end, they refuse to let you cancel your subscription.

Fewer features per tier every year. Fewer tiers per program every year. Less reliability every year. My cost has DOUBLED in five years. No one can ever fix my problems, but can easily try to annoyingly upsell me several times a year. They keep taking away, but increasing the price Starting at $80 a month now over $180+ a month with fewer features, fewer tiers, less uptime, and less help! It seems that every time I call I know more about their jobs than their tech support. DO NOT USE MIND BODY!

The app allows clients to book without giving contact info. If you run an appointment based business, you have no way to require a phone number to be given before people book. My business saw a significant no call no show rate increase since this was instituted. We have used mind body for a little under 2 years and I can't switch away fast enough. Absolutely horrible. Not user-friendly at all on the back end. Runs like a decent platform bought and stripped down by a hedge fund. AVOID.
