Excellent app and so easy to use, they are perfection as far as a booking system, and I have used different systems on my 22 years as an esty, and they are hands down the best

This app has not worked for me, ever. I try to log in, it shows the app is loading, and then I get a "failed to load hardware" error. I've installed, deleted and reinstalled this app over 25x because I need it for work. I have to access the booker website on my Google Chrome browser instead which sucks because it's meant for a desktop. Would love an explanation for why I can download all other apps to my Android phones without any hardware problems.

It's user-friendly for appointments and scheduling. If there are too many people in our calendar sometimes It's difficult to log in.

Been TRYING to use this app for 4 years. Consistently awful. Does not load, constantly freezes. Please, fix it already. Tired of constantly having to use my phone browser.

The app is always crashing, and now it won't let you edit an appointment. If you change the day, it gives an error message saying it can't book at 645 am. The appointment is for 1230pm. Does it with every appointment I try to move. Very frustrating

Constantly kicks me out then gives me an error when I try to log in. Won't allow me to do add-ons for my treatments from the app, but I can do them no problem from the computer. It's full of bugs and all kinds of glitches. Sometimes it will combine days, and I see other people's schedule from a Monday and mine for Saturday. It doesn't always cancel appointments even after I try to confirm to cancel. This app is garbage and needs some serious work

App constantly tells you have the wrong username and password when you know for 100% fact that you have it correct. Randomly have to uninstall and reinstall the app just to get it to work properly. Lots of bugs that need to be worked out. Very inconvenient when you are a service provider and trying to keep up with your schedule. You can't even email their support email, you get a reply email stating if you aren't part of their organization or sender list they don't accept your emails.
