I've used Pocket Suite since it first came out. My photo business-just needed an app to do basic things for clients/organization, and I was able to do that(w/ older free version) for years. I have a 2nd business account with Pocket Suite as well. The level of response & customer service is outstanding and is definitely part of what keeps me. They are always improving. It includes many features like online video links for clients, chat, invoices, whatever you need. Worth the $$.

Absolutely reprehensible and despicable customer service. I requested a call back on a Friday early afternoon, and I had to request that call back two more times on a Tuesday to finally talk to a person. By this time, it was 6 days after first getting paid and them withholding cash that I was paid. People would send unhelpful responses 20-40 hours after messaging the only support line they have AND send bad automated responses. Features don't matter when met with horrible service.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had a client who reversed a dispute with their credit card company, and they are still holding my funds! It's been 10 days and nothing. There is no sense of urgency at all. Its days before I hear back from anyone, and I have requested to speak with someone twice now. I will be sure to go on every dog trainer platform and give a negative review. So many better options out there.

This app is a joke. Getting started and getting help from a live person is nearly impossible. You can't do anything on the app without being verified. Then trying to get verified, but you have to wait days to get a call back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. I have sent invoices and have ZERO ACCESS TO THE FUNDS. IVE BEEN SITTING ON THESE PAID INVOICES THAT I Can't TRANSFER OVER TO MY ACCOUNT. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP.
