I give this App a solid 5 stars. It is refreshing to use a product that has obviously been well-thought-out and TESTED in the real world. Far too many apps are created by people who clearly don’t use the app in the “Real World”. It all sounds good on paper and in theory but once you start using the thing in real life situations it doesn’t work. VivoBook is NOT one of those, this is a Real World App. I needed an appointment app that 1) customers could schedule and change their own appointments, 2) could schedule for 3 offices in the same app, 3) would send out automatic text and/or email reminders, 4) worked equally well on phone or computer. This does everything I need it to do. I’ve been using the free trial for a full month and have booked over 100 appointments, so I had to upgrade to the unlimited. I don’t think $19.95 per month for unlimited bookings is cheap, but the App works perfectly and, frankly, if you’re seeing over 100 clients a month the $19.95 shouldn’t be an issue. The important thing is the clients love how easy it is to book their own appointments and the 24-hour reminder, and I love that it doesn’t require much management from the business owner. I cannot comment on customer service as I have not needed any yet. I also can’t comment on the payment processing or ability to take deposits but assume this has been well though through also. My only concern now is that they don’t “update” the app to the point of uselessness (how many perfect apps have been destroyed by updates?)

I have been using this app for years, and it crashed due to a bug. I cannot log in to cancel my subscription, and now I've been charged for an app that I can not use and can not cancel. I need a refund immediately.

Same as all the other reviews. Worked great for years. New bug that has the app now crash instantly and be inoperable. Lost all ability and function on Android. Crushing my business appointments. Having to migrate all data somewhere else.

Don't sign up right now. Their system has been down, spotty, and slow for days and there is essentially NO customer service.
