Works really well and is very simple to use. Lots of features that you can change from the app. Just make sure your Wi-Fi speed is good / mobile network has a good speed when you are making calls through the app. Also, not recommended to tether your mobile to your laptop /.tablet etc. whilst making calls through the app as it kills the quality of the call. Awesome

Customer service is decent, some talk too fast and others are kinda slow, but they do their best to find the solution and are incredibly responsive! 😀 Wish the app could be transferred to my external memory as it's starting to take over my internal phone memory 😔 also tends to lag when there's poor signal or low Internet connection via Wi-Fi, 4g or Ethernet. Pretty good all round! Love the task features.

It keeps vibrating on incoming calls even though I've turned vibration off. It will also vibrate when I'm on a call already, so the other person hears a buzzing.

Interfered with normal mobile phone functions so couldn't receive or make calls via phone provider when out of Wi-Fi. Had to delete app which is a shame as we really could do with the facility to configure settings on the move.

Please think twice before using this service. The app is extremely poor and not fit for purpose. You will get multiple missed calls which when you check will show the caller was holding for over a minute without the phone ringing. This will lead to lost business. Please find another provider, that's my advice.
