I have been using this app primarily as my business phone. I answer multiple calls daily with this app and I don't have any issues. Texting only offers SMS, but that's ok. If you are having quality issues over Wi-Fi but not your cellular data, that's most likely an issue with your Wi-Fi not the app. The battery management on my app is fantastic even when using it all day. Only issue is if you put on a power saving mode the phone tries to disable the apps push notification.

The app is pretty unstable despite having a strong Wi-Fi/data connection. The app tends to freeze when trying to answer calls. It would be nice to have a text feature added.

Terrible battery management. Commonly uses 20% of my 4000mah battery per day with minimal usage

Pretty much useless. Poor call quality regardless of Wi-Fi or cell signal. Half the time, I have no audio but the people I call can hear me. Unreliable = useless for business.
