A bit annoying to set up but once you're over that... it's quite smooth. Calling and texting is easy until they tell you that texts are separate AFTER you sign up. Then you keep getting messages that seem to have the same number you do and calls for other people. Not being accepted by apps anymore when signing up so not worth it anymore. And don't expect any response from support, just the online site that's it. I need to find a replacement.

Fraudulent company. Find someone else. They lock you in with a phone number but texting requires a registration that they automatically deny and charge you each time you submit it. Even with proof from the IRS, they still deny it. Now they don't want to give me a refund for a service that I can't use and paid way too much for!
