Worst service I've ever had from app not working, phone calls sound awful. Customers cannot hear me or they hear themselves. Called MANY times and was on the phone with customer service for over an hour at a time and no solution. Customers would call/ no ring on my end or notification until a week later, by then they had found a different service provider. Lost a ton of income because of Nextiva

They lied about integrations. The app hangs most of the time on a brand-new flagship android. Getting a real support person on the phone is impossible. I can't make or receive calls or texts. I've waited on hold for hours, several times and have yet to speak to anyone to solve the issue. It doesn't get any worse than Nextiva. My business is dead in the water because I trusted Nextiva. Do not make the same mistake.
