The app is a joke! The customization and voice lab are nice but the app consistently doesn't ring or drops calls. I spoke with Unitel multiple times and was told to change the same settings every time. I bailed, never looked back.

App has deteriorated, it's pretty unreliable now. Frequently fails to connect, fails to dial out, voicemail list doesn't work. It's a shame too because it was a good service.

Glitchy app. Messages screen constantly "fails to load". I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. This is really aggravating. Calls are sometimes garbled and for some reason there seems to be a conflict with my watch in that it constantly switches calls automatically to my watch and will not allow me to switch it back. This is new since last update.
