PhoneLynk grew out of our need for a phone and texting solution to grow our business. The features we add are those we need along with features our customers request. We needed a way to take control of our phones by separating our personal and professional phone numbers, so that’s exactly what we did.
AUTOMATED ATTENDANT! Our Automated Virtual Receptionist greets your customers and transfers them to the appropriate employee or department. For example, press 1 for Sales, press 2 for John Doe, etc. You can record your own professional greeting to showcase your company!
EXTENSION NUMBERS FOR EVERY EMPLOYEE! Now you can have one company phone number and assign an extension to each employee. Callers will hear your Automated Attendant recording, but if they know an employee’s extension they can enter it directly, no waiting!
RING MULTIPLE EMPLOYEES AT ONCE As a business it’s critical to respond to customers quickly. PhoneLynk allows you to ring multiple phones at once and allow the first available employee to answer. Employees can set themselves to online or offline to indicate when they’re available. Available status can also be scheduled to go into effect automatically!

It helps by providing me with the tools to have a competitive advantage over bigger competitors. I can screen all my calls with the virtual secretary so that I quit dealing with boiler room marketing calls and I can concentrate on my customers calls that are coming in. If my number is getting too many garbage calls then I can retire it
