I would give Linked Phone 3-3.5* based on my experience of a solo user and business owner. Cons: -Caller ID often showed my work number, NOT the caller -Text pictures took FOREVER to arrive -Missed calls sometimes went to my personal voicemail, but then after a recent update ALWAYS went to my personal voicemail Pros: - Easy to set up Many features (that I did not use) - GREAT customer service. They were even helpful porting out my number. But recent 10DLC requirements were JUST TOO MUCH.

I have been using their app for 2 years now it works very well if I set hours for a business that are closed it basically works as they do not disturb on my mobile device, so I do like that option they have great tech support I have ultimately migrated my phone number over to my carrier, but I would highly recommend this app it will save you having to carry around a second mobile device Great folks!

Awesome app been using it for a year now. I love how it makes your business sound very professional with multiple extensions. Also allows you to make calls from your phone through the business line. I would recommend them anytime.

As of this app wasn't trash enough, a new update just popped up suddenly with no notice and wouldn't let me get to my phone calls before updating. Voicemail never works. Will not read back voicemails for a good day after they're left. Auto response works 10% of the time. This shows MY number when people call, not the actual caller so never know who is actually calling. Can't even delete calls with new update. Brilliant 🙄. This service is a rip off. If it was free, it would be too expensive

At first, I loved this app, but once it updated I have had so many issues. We have followed every updated policy that they have place. I made sure we have a phone policy on our web page for using the phone number, and we still are not able to send texts. I try to open a new ticket it says I am still in the process of hearing back. We are looking for a new business phone app.
