Every time I've tried to use this app and service, it does not do as advertised: cannot make calls through or with the app, cannot choose between phone numbers to use, cannot access my voicemails, they were all deleted; when called customer service they don't even know about their own product they are selling or technical support/services of how to fix issues - just uninstall and reinstall the app and wait for updates, that never made these issues better or fixed them at all.

The calls come through, but I can't use any app features. I just get a message that the app is designed for an older version of android, so it doesn't work on my 3-year-old awesome Samsung Note10+.
