4 stars only because they do not have an option to answer incoming calls or make calls from desktop. That is annoying when I have to remove computer headset and answer the cell phone. Other than that This app works perfectly for texting and calling my boss and my clients with a local number. I have no issues using this service my notifications come through on desktop amd phone. Been using for 3 months and never a missed communication.

Facing problem while texting. It's showing again and again not connected to network. And messages are not sent several times so I have to send it again. While calling why it's saying your ID is being used please wait for some time. I have a single user number, so who is using this number?

It's a scam app don't ever make any purchases on this app. I recently purchased a number and after 1 day they suspended the account without any valid reason. When I mailed to their support team they said you had sent spam messages but when I asked them to check into their server I never sent a single message or used their services, then how can you suspend my account literally they had no answer for that & they never reinstated my account.
