Very happy having this as an app for when I am out of the office and unable to answer the phone. Good features, the voicemail is easy to access and listen to from my phone and the setting are easy to alter from the app.

Customer service sucks. I have a LIST of issues with this app. -The phone hangs up on people -Often cuts out on both sides during conversations -Customers cannot hear me at times, so I have to yell -Texts and calls are still splitting up into different conversations every time -We are calling OUR number if we click a contact name or call back. Only manually typing the number is working because most conversations don't show their contact name or a phone number still. Only random letters. AND MORE!

Glitchy as heck. No good way to quiet notifications when not in use, and when they do quiet they won't go back on when needed.

This app has a very unstable connection. Even when you are in great cell service area or Wi-Fi. Many dropped calls and even when you believe you're answering an incoming call, the app never opens to allow you to choose speaker or any options!? So you cannot effectively answer any incoming calls
