This one is way better than the last AI I had, the other one pissed everyone off. This one actually helps ur customers navigate and get the info they need, and it can direct calls to other departments. Phenomenal prompt following. For the price well worth it. Removes alot of bottleneck headaches in my business...will leave other reviews as we try different features out in the future. Still some bugs, I can't test my AI in the app, errors happen but I just test it by calling using my sons phone.

So I've been with this company since October 2025. To be reasonable, they are a new company, so they are going to need time to knock out the kinks. I see their potential. It's just a matter of patience on my part, because the customer service side of things is very weak. Getting assistance can be a lil challenging. I do however love what they offer, and overall it works great for my businesses. I love that I can have multiple extensions. Honestly, the price fits my budget perfectly as well.

The app is too buggy. I canceled the subscription, and they won't release my number. No one speaks English when you call the contact us number. I asked what language they speak, so I could use a translation app, but they ignore me. If you get this app, and you need to release your number. Google call forwarding for your phone service provider. Everyone is retarded this day and age, and I had to figure this out.

1yr in & was hoping this would get good but Allo continues to disappoint. Customer support must be on vacation because I on my 5th day waiting for a "24hr response". Allo sometimes can hallucinate and share information that wasn't put in the system. Responses can sometimes be spot on, and sometimes it can be very ambiguous when the same question is asked. SUPER FLIPPING BUGGY!!! Things that should work just don't & for the price point that's sad. Love the talk to AI concept but can't love ALLO

Why has it taken 13 days to approve documents I uploaded when "documents approved within 24 hours" shows up? Going to the website shows the only way to receive support is through downloading the app which won't work unless an account is created which won't get created until documents provided 13 days ago gets reviewed which should take 24 hours but really takes over 13 days.

Horrible customer service. Been trying to reach them for a week. No way to get in touch with them. The software does not work as advertised and trying to get a refund.
