Visit www.kasookoo.com and click on "Sign up, it's free" where you can choose your virtual phone number and set up your phone system. You will then receive a pincode by SMS that you can use to log in to the app.

Must I always be on the app to use the service? I understand that there must be Internet, but can't I minimize the app and use it?

Connectivity issues while calling during outbound call... The call error message is usually ERROR with Wi-Fi connection while a bit ok with GSM/Telco data connection

It was fairly ok at least better than zoipher. But needs a very strong wi-fi range to function better.
