Very pleased so far with this VoIP app. My only criticism during the free trial period was that it was a little too short, and I was unable to select a number from the list of available ones after creating the account and before activating my line. Had I gone straight for paid subscription, I would have a choice of number. As it turns out, I bought a memorable number anyway, but I couldn't have a free number of my own chosing (I could, but I had already given the randomly allocated to customers)

This app has been a lifesaver these past few weeks. With the quarantine, I was worried my absence would be a hindrance to work, but with the Yay app, I have been able to communicate with my team, and keep up my productivity! Would highly recommend!

Mostly good. Sometimes there's a delay in receiving a call vs the desk phone, but I also have this the other way round (less frequent). In more recent times, when I dial out using the app the dial tone is blaring out on loudspeaker, and I can't stop it happening - when the recipient answers the line it goes to normal speakers. Incoming sound is good, but the microphone sounds like I'm holding my phone with a stretched arm or almost like a rough Bluetooth line. Overall good, and good features.

Bluetooth audio still does not work, it has no idea a headset is connected to the phone - really does defeat the purpose of a voip soft phone, and we're paying a lot of money to use this service! Disgusting!

If I could give zero stars I would. This is useless. Customer service don't have a clue. I've explained the issue numerous times. Yet they still divert blame to whoever is trying to call me. Their line isn't the issue. My phone isn't the issue. YOUR line is the issue. Please don't reply telling me to telephone you. I ALREADY HAVE!!! JUST FIX THE ISSUE OR REFUND ME!!!!!

The application itself is useless, it makes a call, but I can't hear the other side. I have to use the mobile browser to make calls from my telephone, however the browser site is not mobile friendly. Not recommended.
