You must have an active Fongo Works account (created at www.fongoworks.com) to use this app.
Identify Incoming Calls • Visually decipher between personal calls and business calls
Caller ID Options • Call-out publicly from any of your business’s phone numbers, or privately.
Message Team Members • Use the instant messaging feature for internal chats with your team
View Call History • See past calls you answered, and calls you missed
Conference Calls • Instantly enter your system’s conference calling service
Check Voicemail • Listen to your extension’s voicemails or share them via email, all within the app
Note: The login credentials to sign into the Fongo Works mobile app are not the same as the credentials used to sign in to your online dashboard. Have your Fongo Works group manager activate the app on the Fongo Works management dashboard to get your Fongo Works app login credentials.

Suits my needs for my small business well enough so far. There's no texting to SMS, unfortunately, but you can text to other fongo users you've setup with your account. Some items that would really boost this to a 5 star level would be the SMS feature, settings hours of operation/employee hours, having auto attendant for after hour calls, and being able to upload recordings rather than having to record through one's phone.

I've been using this app for 3 years. I like its features improving over time, including having extensions for each department of employees. I wish the extensions were as simple as pressing the number only instead of pressing # before the extension, which confused people. The call gets dropped quite often when a caller (or the one receiving calls) is moving, such as driving or on a train. I would like to have multiple admin staff doing two-way texting with clients if possible. Price is unbeatable

I've been using Fongo Works for about 2 yrs now. Was on free plan earlier and everything was smooth. Switched to Pro few months back it's been downhill ever since. It's set up to Ring the app > forward to cell phone > go to voicemail, but it goes directly to cell phone with no way of telling if the call was to the Fongo number. Been trying to get support help but keep getting same canned response as if all users are monkeys. If you haven't already DO NOT UPGRADE! Pro users get zero help.

I transferred two business phone numbers to Fongo Works Pro. They worked for a few days but now" the number you dailed is not in use" for no reason. None of our customers can call in, and we are losing lots of business! The only way you can contact customer service is by uploading a ticket and waiting for a response. I regret heavily switching to Fongo jus to save a few dollars. Now I am losing a thousand dollar a day! If you own a business like me, DO NOT RISK YOUR BUSINESS for a few dollar

Cannot log in into the app by sending code from the dashboard. The fongoworks:// link is not recognized by Android as a link and then even if I copy and paste it into a browser, it just goes to Google Search.
