Works pretty good for making calls. I hear the people on the other end good, but they hear me as if I am underwater and if I speak slowly they have a better chance of understanding me. It drains your batter really fast.

Gave it a chance. Literally downloaded it yesterday bc I thought "a canadian Wi-Fi phone service, cool, I'll support that" The first phone call worked, but now calls are dropping constantly. I needed a phone app to make appointments, so I guess I'm off to find a new one, Fongo is unreliable.

Terrible app, it seems the only way to get response is to leave a review. I had to set up a new account, and they worked, and I've been getting errors for the last month and can't log in. it says it will send login information to my email, but it never comes. Your automatic response seems to be to log into the account and that is the problem. We can't log into the account if it keeps saying system error.

I had a disappointing customer service experience with Fongo recently. I was abroad, purchased World Credits, tried to make a call through Fongo and had no success. I followed the troubleshooting steps and still no luck. When I returned to Canada, I was sent an email that told me that inactive accounts were charged $1.50/month. This is not a pro-customer policy. Sure I can send a free beacon out once a month to maintain my active account status, OR Fongo can just leave my unused credits alone?
