For the most part, it's a good app. It works well on Fire TV. I really like the continue watching. It would be nice if there was an "already watched" button for when you had watched it live. My biggest complaint is with on my Samsung phone. Nowhere can I find a button to view "subscribed only" in my grid like my tv. It was fine when I first started using Virgin TV, but it now shows every channel I don't subscribe to in my grid. I have to scroll through hundreds of channels that I don't get.

Nothing but great things to say, my phone went to Virgin a while ago, I just got Virgin Internet (DSL 50 MB, Fibe not available) and Virgin TV. I've been very happy with my phone, and the Internet is great, and the TV app works fantastic on my TV. It's HD. Surprised me for DSL. All the reps I have spoken to are so nice, it does help if you are nice to them as well! I am glad to have three services with Virgin now. The only thing is the benefits are a bit gimmicky but not a game changer.

Lots of room for improvement. Shows you games that are trending and when try to watch then tells you it's blacked in your area. Keeps showing me channels to which you're not subscribed and when you change your settings to not show them, it resets on the next update. Some channels get stuck and just replay the last 10 mins for a while.

Been using VP fibe Internet and VP TV app for a week now on Google TV Chromecast and experiencing nothing but daily issues streaming tv. Streaming live TV cuts out and eventually errors - 1060 or 1009f/9D28. The Bell Fibe TV app behaves the same, same errors. Rebooting the modem multiple times per day is not viable for a paid service. Take your money elsewhere.

Total garbage why do I have to download virgin tv plus on my phone and not on my laptop. And don't tell me that you can because no it does not work my laptop is connected with an HDMI on my 65 in I do not want to cast through my phone to tv period. I tried a lot of companies that have tv and internet service and Virgin you are the last one on my list and so far I am not impressed at all
